Nobody is teaching corporate professionals how to actually use AI at work. So I started sharing what I'm learning.

Hi, I'm Nicole.

For over 15 years I worked in corporate. I went from Junior sales to Strategic Account Director, before I turned 30. I built my career on strategy, not overwork, and for the last two and a half years I've helped over 1,000 corporate professionals do the same inside Phase 20.

Then five months ago, I sat down and actually started learning AI. Properly. Not the odd prompt here and there, but how to build it into an actual corporate role.

I built my own AI team first. Then I shared what I was learning, and over 15,000 of you downloaded my first guide. I still can't quite believe that one.

So I built the Corporate AI Challenge, the exact system I use in my own career.
